Rules for using our website, client portal, bookings, and spa services at Ten Seven Wellness Spa.

Last updated: April 7, 2026. By using our website, creating a client account, booking online, or receiving services at Ten Seven Wellness Spa (“we,” “us,” “the spa”), you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our public website, client area (dashboard, appointments, history, notifications), booking flows, and on-site services. If you do not agree, please do not use our digital services or book treatments.

2. Accounts and accurate information

When you register or use the client portal, you agree to provide accurate contact details and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us of unauthorized use. Staff accounts (admin and front desk) are issued for authorized personnel only; misuse may result in suspension.

3. Bookings, walk-ins, and confirmations

Online booking requests and schedules are managed through our system. We recommend booking ahead for your preferred time. Walk-ins may be accepted subject to availability. Appointment times, room assignments, and service details shown in your account or confirmations are part of your agreement with the spa for that visit.

4. Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows

Please notify us at least three (3) hours before your scheduled time if you need to cancel or reschedule, consistent with our published FAQ policy. Late cancellations or failure to arrive (“no-show”) may result in fees, forfeiture of deposits or vouchers, or restrictions on future online booking, as communicated at booking or at the reception desk.

5. Arrival and conduct

We ask that you arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes before your treatment to complete intake and prepare comfortably. You agree to follow staff instructions, respect other guests and employees, and refrain from conduct that is unsafe, harassing, or disruptive. We may refuse service in cases of health risk or inappropriate behavior.

6. Health, safety, and suitability of services

Spa and massage services are wellness-oriented and not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. You agree to disclose pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions, skin sensitivities, recent surgery, allergies, or other relevant health information so we can recommend safe options. We may decline or modify services when safety requires it.

7. Payments

Unless otherwise stated, payment methods may include cash and supported online channels such as GCash and Maya, as described in our FAQs. Packages, promotions, or advance bookings may require a deposit; amounts and conditions will be confirmed when you book. You are responsible for charges you authorize at the spa or through our systems.

8. Notifications and communications

Our platform may send appointment-related messages, reminders, or updates by email or through in-app notifications (for example, changes recorded by admin or front desk). Notification features are provided for convenience; you remain responsible for checking your appointment details and arriving on time.

9. Staff tools and internal operations

Administrative and front-desk interfaces (appointments, records, sales, inventory, notifications) are for authorized staff use in operating the spa. Data accessed through those tools must be handled in line with our policies and applicable law.

10. Website and content

Content on this site (text, images, branding) is owned by or licensed to Ten Seven Wellness Spa. You may not copy, scrape, or misuse our materials for commercial purposes without permission. We may update or discontinue features of the website or portal with reasonable notice where practicable.

11. Privacy

Personal data you provide is used to deliver bookings, services, and account features. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information in more detail.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ten Seven Wellness Spa and its staff are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Our liability for any claim relating to a visit or booking is limited to the amount paid for that service or transaction, except where the law does not allow such a cap.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of our site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
